She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Diana) of Las Vegas, NV and James (Heather); her granddaughters, Ashton of Springville, Shelby of Springville and Hanna of Springville; her stepgranddaughter Cristina; her stepgreat-granddaughter Charlie; and her sister Betty Curtis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
