She was predeceased by: her parents, Clement Mallerup and Ruth Mallerup (Campbell); her half-brother Roy Lee; her grandson Jules Accardi IV; and her close friend Hope Lee.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Koppenhaver of Springville; her children, Jules Accardi (Barbara) of Kyle, Angela Accardi (Frank Brisky) of Rockport, Tamara Bingham of Marion and David Koppenhaver of Springville; her grandchildren, Seth, Evan Mayland, Jade, Cady Jaimes, Jennifer Troswick and Jocelyn Accardi; and her close friends, Ann Van Desander of Marion and Elaine Bond of Kyle, Texas.. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
