James Louis Tesar Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Louis Tesar of Springville, Iowa, who passed away on June 13, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Tesar and Gladys Tesar (Doskocil); and his brother Richard Tesar. He is survived by: his wife Dorie Tesar of Springville; his children, Terry Tesar (Cathy) of Urbandale, Lori Moss (Shawn) of Mt. Vernon and Amy Janssen (Brad) of Marion; his grandchildren, Sammy, Ben, Abbie Moss, Caleb, Alyssa Janssen, Lauren and Ellie Tesar; and his siblings, Donald Tesar (Gloria) and Marie Theisen. He is also survived by many extended family members including nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jim's memory may be made to either Hall-Perrine Cancer Center in Cedar Rapids or Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy in Hiawatha.
