He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hull; his stepson Terry Folken; his daughter-in-law Kirsten Folken; his granddaughter Mya; his stepfather Harold Gruwell; his siblings, Pam Huff (Dean), Melinda Hull, Jeffrey Hull, Neal Hull (Sara) and Jerry Gruwell (Nancy); and his friends, Clarence Caraway, Ken Caraway and Dave Mitchell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
