He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Jehu and Blanche Margaret Postlethwait (Bleuer); his son Wally; his daughter-in-law Maria; and his siblings, Ray, Paul, Homlyn, Robert, Vonn, Margie, Tim and Don.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Seigfreid of Springville, IA; his children, Rich (Lisa) of Ottawa, IL, Jodie Speas (Mark) of Big Rapids, MI and Tracie of Marion, IA; his grandchildren, Kelsy Marie, Olin James, Hannah Lynn, John David, Kelly Elizabeth, Emily Anne, Sophia Joy and Benjamin David; and his daughter-in-law Joelyn of Marion, IA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended loving family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the New Life Community Church (275 29th Ave, Marion, IA 52302). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
