He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Kelley and Elsie Kelley; his son Jerry Dave Kelley; and his siblings, James, Alvie Kelley, Lillie Mae Busch and Bonnie Prull.
He is survived by: his former wife Eleanor Marguerite Stewart; his wife Eleanor Kelley; his children, Jean Deeds (Jim) and Randy Kelley (Jody); his grandchildren, J. R. Deeds (Cristina), Julie Eliason (Jamie), Allyson Kendrick (Tom) and Meghan Wright (Tom); and his great grandchildren, Abby, Jamie, Cal, Joey, Sam, Ben and Matthew David. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
