She is survived by: her parents, Robert Kay and Shirley Kay; her pet Zoey; her husband Jim; her daughter Shannon; her daughter-in-law Ali; her grandchildren, Jordis Jenner, Jaida Jenner and Joseph Tonsfeldt; her siblings, David Kay (Wendy) and Lisa Kay; her aunts, Barb Slater and Denise Lease; her mother-in-law Deloris Mulder; her siblings-in-law, Lisa Tonsfeldt (Donna Rath), Ann Hoffmeister (Hans) and John Tonsfeldt; her nieces and nephews, Gustav, Heinrich Hoffmeister, Hans August Hoffmeister, Cole Rath (LaRee), Jared, Elisabeth, Lina Hoffmeister, Amara Rath and Evelyn Rath; and her great-niece Zoey.

Memorial donations can be made to Dickinson County Trails for a project which will upgrade and extend one of Robbi's favorite walking paths: Dickinson County Trails at PO Box 304 Okoboji, IA 51355.
