She is survived by: her husband LeRoy Schoon of Spirit Lake, Iowa; her daughter Brenda Perrin (Jim) of Cherokee, Iowa; her grandchildren, Chris Perrin (Melissa) of Grimes, Lyndsay Wolfswinkel (Brent) of Cherokee, Jamie Roof (Brett) of Cherokee and Nancy Ruhland (Trent) of Cherokee, Iowa; her great grandchildren, Blake, Tate, Chase Perrin, Laney, Addison, Grady, Charley Wolfswinkel, Beckett, Kennedy Roof, Lilly and Jayce Ruhland; her siblings, Carol McKenna of Livermore, Iowa and Frank Davis of Dakota City, Iowa; and her sister-in-law Genevieve Schoon of Pocahontas, Iowa..
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Boothby Funeral Home (207 E Main St, Cherokee, IA 51012). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (300 E Bow Dr, Cherokee, IA 51012).
Memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Association or the Alzheimer's Association in Judy's honor.
