He is survived by: his parents, Gary Kelly and Ruth Ann Kelly (Roemer); his son Matthew Kelly (Kayla); his wife Tammy Werner; his grandchildren, Raelynn and Braxton Kelly; his brother Joshua Kelly (Amy); his nephew Benjamin Kelly; and his niece Courtney Kelly.
