He is survived by: his wife Sue Pavlovec; his children, Kim Rothmeyer (James) of Ossian, Kelli Smith (Russ) of Huxley and Ryan Koshatka (Heather) of Spillville; his grandchildren, Aiden Rothmeyer, Jackson, Samuel Smith and Hazel Koshatka; his siblings, Linda Wager of Spillville and Raymond P. Koshatka (Judy) of Decorah; his mother-in-law Nellie Pavlovec of Calmar; and his brother-in-law Robert Pavlovec of Fort Atkinson. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
