She is survived by: her spouse Edward Polansky; her children, Diane Ward (Melvin) of Ankeny, IA, David Polansky of Belleville, IL and Carol Kout, Jr. (John); her grandchildren, Matthew Ward (Alissa), Heather Ward, David Polansky, Jr., Katrina Polansky and Alicia Imbouthathong (Don); her great grandchildren, Landon, Macy Polansky, Emerson, Lincoln, Adelaide, Alaric, Rhonin and Callum Ward; her siblings, Catherine Hageman (Ron) of Calmar, IA, Tom Flaherty (Kay) of Lourdes, IA, Bob Flaherty and Dorothy Poshusta (Mike); her great grandchild Brooklyn Renae Polansky; and also, Mildred Flaherty and Mayme Vopova (Ed).
