It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Steven Mellinger of Sperry, Iowa, born in Burlington, Iowa, who passed away on October 30, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Mellinger and Genevieve Mellinger (Thomes). He is survived by: his wife Judy Mellinger of Sperry; his children, Kevan Mellinger of Sperry and Dana Kipp (Brandon) of West Burlington; his grandchildren, Dylan and McKenna Kipp; and his sisters, Debbie Kennedy of Yarmouth and Connie Ralston (Tom) of Burlington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in memory of Steve.
