He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Joseph and Eloise C. Miller (Wiesner); his wife Mary E. Webb; and his siblings, Jean Brissey, Floyd (Joe), Arthur and Leo.
He is survived by: his children, Melvin Miller Jr. of Montreal Canada, Marty Miller of Burlington, Marlan Miller of Sperry, Randy Miller of Seattle, WA and Evelyn Miller of El Segundo, CA. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
