We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2022, at the age of 86, Walter George Winter of Spencer, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Winter and Leatha Winter (Grove); and his siblings, Allen and Vera. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Falline (Douglas) of Everly, IA, Pamela Blair (Dale) of Everly, IA, Trudy Hoffman (Keith Saunders) of Glidden, IA and Patricia Doyle (Stacy) of Hartley, IA; and his siblings, Victor Winter (Gaye) of Spencer, IA, Don Winter (Margo) of Spencer, IA, Edwin Winter (Sue) of Spencer, IA, Robert Winter, Jr. of Spencer, IA, Virginia Bashore (Ken) of Sioux Falls, SD and Barbara Sievers of Storm Lake, IA. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Abben Cancer Center of Spencer, Iowa.
