It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Berton Menke in Spencer, Iowa, born in Cherokee, Iowa, who passed away on April 8, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Menke and Kathlyn Menke; and his siblings, David and Mary of Spina Bifida. He is survived by: his girlfriend Linda Mann of Spencer; his children, Nicholas Menke (Ruta Pareigis Menke) of Davenport and Abby Menke Freeman (Brad Freeman) of Austin, Texas; his former wife Virginia Menke of Cherokee; his siblings, Daniel Menke (Patricia) of Calumet, Anne Menke (Sarah Dumke) of Las Cruces and Sarah Menke-Fish (Don Fish) of Potomac, Maryland.; his grandchildren, Nolan, Aubree, Evelina and McKenna; and also, Tyler Christle (Ashley), Caitlyn Christle, Kathleen Kelly (Roger), Cody, Sierra, Savannah Mann, Khia, Addison, Claire, Beckett and William. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
