He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Milleman (Tony) and Helen Milleman; and his nephew John Milleman (Katie). He is survived by: his siblings, Leo Milleman (Jane) of Ames, IA. and Mary Young (Virgil) of Waukee, IA.; his nephew Ryan Jenkins (Katie) of Johnston; his niece Katie Charter (Mark) of Ankeny; and his close friend Frances Dean of Schaumburg.
