He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Cushing and Annetta Cushing (Larson); and his siblings, Dixie Adams, Joann Cushing and Bob Hines.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Anderson of Langdon; and his stepchildren, Mark Verner (Katie) of Tea, SD, Karla Verner of Sioux Falls, SD, Carman Ward (Aaron) of Sioux Falls, SD and Michele Latham (Michael) of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by 9 step-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
