He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Hart and Arlene Hughes Hart; his wife Judy Stoermer; his children, Cynthia Ann and Richard Thomas of St. Paul, Minnesota; his sister Georgia Raun of Lincoln, Nebraska; his daughter Cindy Martens (Donn Martens) of Spirit Lake, Iowa; his grandchildren, Cole Martens and Alicia Zevenbergen (Justin Zevenbergen); and his great grandchildren, Kiptyn of Spirit Lake, Iowa and Zoey Zevenbergen of Spirit Lake, Iowa. He was also cherished by numerous other relatives and friends.
