He is survived by: his spouses, Jeanie Anderson and Dawn Culver of Sioux Falls, SD; his stepson Ben Van Engen of Sioux Falls, SD; his stepgranddaughter Ivy May; his half-brother Lyle Hamrick Jr. of Omaha, NE; his former wife Jeanie Culver of Spencer; and his pet Rudy. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, a Memorial Fund has been established.
