With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Rukes of Spencer, Iowa, who passed away on December 11, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Woodall and Lena Woodall (Toft); and her great grandchild Liam Myers. She is survived by: her husband Duane Rukes; and her daughters, Teresa Renee, Dawn Ellen (Paul), Valerie Koster (Don), Pamela Myers (Colby) and Rosalind Gigi Rukes. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
