He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Florine Brenner and Maurice Brenner of Mapleton, Iowa.; his brother Beijing; his daughter Monica Lea Brenner (Butcher); his grandson Austin Thompson; his siblings, Robert Brenner (Lisa), David Brenner (Denise) and Nancy Brenner Sinnott (Joseph); his sister-in-law Lois Nagy Brenner; and his siblings, Maureen Brenner Williams (Walter), Louis Brenner and Carol Brenner Dobson. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Clay County Heritage Center or Day Breakers Kiwanis.
