He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Durst and Mildred Durst (Warren); his niece Amy; and his pet Black. He is survived by: his sisters, Leatrice Bechler (Gary) of Spencer, IA and Marlene Wise (Emmett). He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; great-great-niece and nephew; other relatives and friends.
