He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Erickson and Erdena Erickson (Argraves); his wife Hope Margaret Erickson (Rovn); his siblings, Oliver, Robert, Beryl, Archie, Glenn, Keith, Roger, Richard, Doris, Velma and Bernice; his parents-in-law, Lehman and Margaret Rovn; and his grandson Gregory Sky Erickson.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Erickson of Spencer, Iowa, Stacy Grover (Brian Grover) of Spencer, Iowa and Colin Erickson (Melanie Mann-Erickson) of Johnston, Iowa.; his grandchildren, Holly Halverson (Ben) of Sanborn, Iowa, Travis Grover of Spencer, Iowa, Eve and Evan Mann-Erickson of Johnston, Iowa; and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Ryne and Max of Sanborn, Iowa.. He is also survived by his three sisters-in-law.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Warner Funeral Home- Everly (210 S Ocheyedan St, Everly, IA 51338). A memorial service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
