She is survived by: her nephew Brent Hulstein (Mary) of Orange City; her great-nieces, Heather, Hannah and Amanda; her great-nephew Gerrit; and her sister-in-law Shirley (Val Cudnoski) of Lubbock, TX. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
