He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Meier and Nellie Meier (Pitt); his wife Delores Graham; his siblings, Carroll, Arlon and Betty Oloff; and his siblings-in-law, Jackie Meier and Lyle Oloff.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Meier and Steven Meier (Kelly); his grandchildren, Juston and Katie; his brother Lyle "Butch" Meier; and his sister-in-law Pat Meier. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Graveside services will take place 10:00 A.M., Friday, September 30, at Riverside Cemetery in Spencer. *In Lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Lowell's name.
