She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hans Krogh and Rae Krogh (Halling); her husband Dwayne Sebby of Spencer; her children, Skyler Sebby of Spencer and Mashell Sebby of Des Moines; and her sisters, Judy Spencer of Spirit Lake and Susan Chapman of Milford.
In remembrance of Kathy's life and love, the family asks that any contributions be made to help repair their home after the recent flooding.
