He was predeceased by: his parents, Terrance Fogarty and Bridget Fogarty (Weir); and his brother Tom Fogarty. He is survived by: his wife Holly Funk of Spencer, IA; his children, Benjamin Fogarty (Valerie) of Ankeny, IA and Ashley Fogarty of Minneapolis, MN; and his siblings, Mike (Carol) of Emmetsburg, IA, Jim of Phoenix, AZ, Bill of Wichita, KS, Joe Fogarty of Milwaukee, WI and Jill Hanson (Kevin) of Graettinger, IA. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives; and many friends.
