Erdman in Spencer, Iowa, born in Rock Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on May 29, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Edward and Helen Lenora Erdman (Wood); his wife Jan Erdman; his siblings, Francis Erdman, Harvey Lowry, Josephine Halbur and Ethel Wilson; his son John Erdman; his granddaughter Brittany Andersen; and his niece Stacie Hamrick.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Erdman, Robbie Erdman, Tom Erdman (Kyrna), Deanna Jacobsen (Jeff), Frances Andersen (Lonnie Foreman) and Jenny Erdman (Brett Bagby); his children-in-law, Janet Erdman, Tisch Erdman and Ryan Coffman; his grandchildren, Josh Erdman (Bergen), Jamie Erdman, Julia Bucio Olivares (William), Jade Cade (Vale), Jenna Erdman, Jason Erdman, Jessica Klebba, Colby Erdman, Lucas Erdman, Dustin West, Jakeob Erdman of Justin Jacobsen, T. J, Dalton Jacobsen, Allen Coffman, Morraine Erdman and Winnie Erdman; his sister Mary Hamrick (Art); his niece Renee; his nephew Sam; his brother-in-law Jim Fliss (Peggy); his nephew Jeff; and his nieces, Molly and Maggie. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild, many extended family members, friends, and neighbors.
