We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2024, at the age of 86, Janice Elaine Orr (Spencer, Iowa), born in Mitchell, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest B. Walker and Ethel M. Seim Walker; and her brother Kentner Walker. She is survived by: her husband Keith; her children, Liala Ralph (Bob), Brian, Laurel Waters (Tony), Cara, Rebekah Zhao (Frank), Jeremy (Kim), Khuen Noy (Vonnie) and Joy Johnson (Rusty); and her brother Darwin Walker (Marlena). She is also survived by 18 Grandchildren, 5 Great-Grandchildren.
Jan was active in the community belonging to many civic organizations and serving on the Board of Director for many, These included Arts on Grand, Spencer Community Theater, Golden "K", Concert Committee, Habitat for Humanity, Spencer Trail Assoc., Tourism Committee, Heart Association, United Way, RSVP, Beta Sigma Phi.
Over the years they donated thousands of dollars to this cause.
