He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Erwin and Alberta Erwin (Luth); his siblings, Ardyce Linn, Marcia Young, Barbara Erwin, Bill and Wylie; his siblings-in-law, Edward Linn and Dorothy Erwin (Wiese); his daughter-in-law Lynn Erwin (Filloon); and his granddaughter Adelaide Erwin.
He is survived by: his wife Mareen Erwin of Spencer, IA; his children, Tim, Deena Erwin (Krehlik) of Orange City, IA, Todd of Morton, IL, Dick, Cindy Speed of Sergeant Bluff, IA, Jeff, Julie Bates of Morton, IL and Fourteen; and his grandchild Sixteen. He is also survived by Sixteen great-grandchildren; One great-great-grandchild; other extended family members; and many friends.
