She was predeceased by: her parent Shirley Stafford (Harnan); and her former husband Peter John Webster. She is survived by: her father Edward Stafford; her husband Richard Shugars of Oshkosh, WI; her granddaughter Isabella Marie Shugars; her children, David (Granddaughter Isabella) and Ashley of Spencer, IA; and her sister Cheryl Nelson (Brent) of Sheridan, Wyoming. She is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
Her son and daughter have set up a GoFundMe page to help pay for funeral costs as Jackie had no life insurance. After funeral costs any left over donations will go into an education fund her 2 year old granddaughter, Isabella.
