She was predeceased by: her parents, John Niichel and Ann Niichel (Schnurr); her husband Wilber Rabel; her grandchildren, Tara, Megan Rabel and Jeremy Rabel; her brothers, Harold and Danny Niichel; her son-in-law Jim Bendlin; and her great grandchild Elliana Galbraith.

She is survived by: her children, Nancy Cain (John) of Winfield, KS, Mary Nelsen (Dan) of Spencer, IA, Tom Rabel (Virginia) of Spencer, IA, Terry Rabel (Sue) of Spencer, IA, Diane Pasco (Bernie) of Hudson, FL, Chuck Rabel (Carol) of Spencer, IA, Paula Bendlin (Jim) of Spencer, IA and Ken Rabel (Cindy) of Matthews, NC. She is also survived by 31 grandchildren; 65 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
