He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin D. Scott and Williamina D. Scott; his son Franklin III; and his sister Margaret Pontius. He is survived by: his wife Jerry Ann Halliwell; his children, Michael Leroy (Maralee) of Buffalo Grove, IL, Cynthia "Cindy" Ann and Cindy Glover (Allen Glover) of Arnolds Park; his grandchildren, Austin Glover (Sara), Scott Glover (Samantha) of Dubuque, Derek Scott (Molly Rossbach) of Winona, MN, Hannah Scott (Kyle Martin) of Chicago, IL, Taylor Martinson (Kevin) of Rochester, MN and Anna Glover of Rochester, MN; and his great grandchildren, Collette "CiCi" and Asher Glover. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
