It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank C. Parks (Spencer, Iowa), who passed away on July 8, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Flipsey and Mildred Flipsey; and his siblings, LeRoy "Bud", Harold Parks, Charlene Walton, Wava Dailey, Margaret Kolbold, Lucille Ollinger and Loretta Weise.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Marsh; and his children, Dean Parks (Diane) of Spencer, IA, Diane Griffel (Butch) of Des Moines, IA and Denise Troe (Jon) of Albertville, MN. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers a Memorial Fund has been established.
