He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldred McMullen and Anna Mae McMullen (Dilts); his sister Phyllis McMullen; and his nephew Eric Green. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Sue Foley; his children, Kathleen Anne Westphal (Nate), Christopher Douglas McMullen (Angie) and Westphal; his grandchildren, Morgan, Avery, Piper, Maxwell (Max) and Madelyn (Maddie); his sisters, Janet Beitz, Carol DeLong and Martha Green; his mother-in-law Florence Klitzke; and his siblings-in-law, Ruben Foley (Carrie), Larry Foley (Karen) and Linda Reberry (Mike).
