She is survived by: her sons, Chuck Schmidt (Pat) of Spencer and Jim Schmidt (Ginger) of West Okoboji; her grandchildren, Jessie, Tyler (Ashley), Holly Holum (Brian) and Nate (Brea); her brothers, Pete Herges Jr. (Joan) and Tom Herges; and her sister-in-law Corrine Finnegan. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; two step grandchildren.
