It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis Amos Paulsen of Spencer, Iowa, born in Hartley, Iowa, who passed away on November 18, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Paulsen and Millie Paulsen (Stricker); his wife Connie Kay Hensley; his siblings, Eldon Paulsen, Ferne Petersen, Emery Paulsen, Ruth Gilman and Wayne Paulsen; and his son-in-law Joey Elbert.
He is survived by: his daughter Jamie Elbert (Brian Mingus) of Spirit Lake, IA; his grandchildren, Alyssa and Casey; his daughter Carma Moran (Bryce); his great grandchild Tilly; and also, Tessa and Alex. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
