She was predeceased by: her mother Linda Menting (Woolery); her sister Cindy Menting; her grandparents, Earl and Charlotte Woolery; her brother-in-law Matthew Coleman; her niece Adelaide Coleman; her mother-in-law Irene Maassen; and her sister-in-law Lori Maassen.
She is survived by: her father Marvin Menting of Everly, Iowa; her husband Keith Maassen of Rolfe; her pets, Stella, Prue and Swede of Spencer, Iowa; her daughter Kayla; her son-in-law Jeff Mitchell; her grandchildren, Cooper, Madelyn and Oliver of Waconia, Minnesota; her daughters, Alyssa (Travis Goldman) and Abigale (Mitch Riesgraf); her grandson Desmond of Marathon, Iowa; her son Collin (Julie Maassen); and her siblings, Greta Coleman of Boone and Jeremy Menting of Everly, Iowa. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members, including her fur grandbabies.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1701 W 4th St, Spencer, IA 51301). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
