He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Crane and Rebecca Crane (Henderson); his wife Marian Hagedorn; and his siblings, Bill Crane, Lucille (Kenny Hamrick) and Marion (Jim).
He is survived by: his children, Dianne Simpson (Jerry) of Rochester, MN, Jeanet Carlson (Brian) of Linn Grove, IA, Clark Crane (Jana) of Amana, IA and Ivan Crane (Dawn) of Spencer; his grandchildren, Noble Simpson (Rie), Natasha Post, Britta Patterson (Jared), Grant Simpson, Neal Carlson, Shane Carlson, Brad Carlson (Amy), Jill Carlson, Will Crane and Andrew Crane; and his brother Tom (Lois Crane). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
