He is survived by: his wife Mary Heikens of Wesley, Iowa.; his sisters, Lois Calhoun and Lynne Zimmer (Tom); his son Norman Heikens (Alice) of Franklin; his grandson Ethan; his son Randall Heikens (Nancy) of Spencer; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Heikens, Matthew Heikens and Samuel Heikens.
