Barbara Jean Phillips Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2023, at the age of 72, Barbara Jean Phillips of Spencer, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Bill and Doris Bill (Ulrich); her husband Al Philllips; and her siblings, Scott Bill (Jennifer), Bob Bill (Ann) and Nancy Gourley. She was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.
