He was predeceased by: his parents, William Palmer and Nona Palmer (Nelson); his in-laws, Raymond and Betty Kaiser; his brothers, Tom Palmer, Ronnie and Louene Palmer; and his brother-in-law Marvin Andersen.
He is survived by: his wife Madelyn Kaiser; his children, Jeannett Palmer (Brad Schmidt), Bill Palmer (Angie), Toni Jo Surber (Kelly) and Michael Palmer (Amanda); his grandchildren, Jennifer (Kyle), Jessica (Jake), Tyler (Katie), Brady, Ella, Riley, Raymond (Misty), Shonn (Yoom), Trever (Aimee), Austin (Kalynn) and Desera (Chris); his siblings, Connie Andersen and Tim Palmer (Mary); and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Palmer, Nora Leinen (John), Greg Kaiser (Pam) and Rod Kaiser (Sherry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
