He is survived by: his children, Todd Schnider of Spencer, IA and Tamera Swarts (Chris) of Clayton, NC; his grandchildren, Drew, Emma and Jenna Swarts; and his siblings, Mavis Applegate (Keith) of Columbus, NE, Norma Jans (Marvin) of Fostoria, IA, Joanne Thelen (Byron) of Milford, IA, Carol Steely (Roger) of Spencer, IA and Steve Schneider (Debbie) of Lincoln, NE. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
