He is survived by: his mother Iva Marie Hoylman (Miller) of North English; his son Josh of South English; his wife Cindy Rae Herman of South English; his child Mandi Westphal (Matt) of Williamsburg; his grandchildren, Lyla Klett, William, Jon Hoylman, Vinny and Rae Westphal; and his siblings, Jim Hoylman (Janice) of Webster, Beth Henning (Don) of Chelsea, Jane Ackerman (Paul) of North English and Dawn Edeker (Randy) of Urbandale. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A general memorial fund has been established.
