She is survived by: her children, Beth Lindsey (John) of Davenport, Iowa, Michael Noel Jr. of Washugal, Washington, Charles White (Mary Owens) of South English, Iowa, Breha Finch (David) of Sigourney, Iowa, Nathan Noel of South English, Iowa, Barbara Potter (Travis) of South English, Iowa and Ashley Franco of Emporia, Kansas; her husband Mike; her siblings, Jane Flint (Dwight) of Hannibal, Missouri, Doug Lowry of Kansas City, Missouri, Sam, Travis and Jimmy (Erma); and her close friend Bella. She is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
