It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan J Boldt (Solon, Iowa), born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on July 4, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Hartman and Suzanne Hartman (Thompson); her sister Diane; and her brothers-in-law, Jim Price and Jack Kiley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Eggert (Kevin) of Lincoln, NE and Christine Cross (Stephen) of Solon; her grandchildren, Ellen, Abigail and Nathaniel Cross; and her sister Judith Kiley of Sarasota, FL. She is also survived by three nieces, two nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Eastern Iowa Alzheimer's Association or the Solon Firefighters Association.
