He was predeceased by: his parents, William Morris and Ann Morris (Bolf); his brother Bill Morris; and his brother-in-law George May. He is survived by: his wife Kay Shimon; his children, Greg Morris (Lynn), Tim Morris, Maureen Kinney (Mike), Mark Morris (Melody), Michael Morris (Joanne) and Ann Morris; his grandchildren, James Morris (Taylor), Jake Morris, Katherine Shanahan (Matthew), Caroline Morris, Jack Kinney (Katie), Max Kinney, Clayton Adams, Cameron Adams (Paige), Alex Morris and Elise Morris; his great grandchild Evelyn "Evashevski" Morris; and his sisters-in-law, Neia May and Theresa Morris. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to St. Mary's Catholic Church, Solon American Legion, Solon Firefighters Association or Camp Courageous in his name.
