He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Stocker and Ethel Stocker (Pippenger); and his wife Carolyn J. Breese. He is survived by: his children, Sandra Sattizahn (Roger), Russell Stocker (Tracy), Susan Stocker and Scott Breese (Kelly).

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in his memory to the Solon Fire Department.
