He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wilbert Webber and Colleen Frances Ferris (Hunt); and his sister Vicki Thaxton (Webber). He is survived by: his sisters, Sandra Wright (Webber) of Waterloo, IA. and Sue (Webber); his niece Kimberly Francis (Michael Francis) of Solon, IA; his great-nieces, Alexandra Williams, Marisa Francis and Allie Francis; and his niece Jennifer Woolsey. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
