With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce E. Eland (Solon, Iowa), born in Burlington, Iowa, who passed away on May 18, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Frank and Clara Frank (Banwart). She is survived by: her husband Brad; her children, Christopher Eland of Solon, IA, Wendy Weyrick (Ben) of Bettendorf, IA, Lisa DuBrava (Keith) of Iowa City, IA and Ryan Eland (Beverly) of Albuquerque, NM; and her brothers, Dale Frank (Tina) of Oakville, Lynn Frank (Priscilla) of Wichita, KS and Bruce Frank (Bonita) of Hoopeston, IL. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers and plants, memorials may be directed to Apostolic Christian Church in North Liberty, Visiting Nurse Association of Johnson County or Casa Vida y Esperanza (CVE) in Magdalena de Kino, Mexico.
